Semieta – Resource Manager

Semieta Resource Manager optimises the use of resources within organisations, including meeting rooms, projectors, screens, white boards, catering, and car parking spaces.

All resources are displayed centrally through a calendar view, by dates and times. ‘Click and drag’ features provide you with easy-to-action booking functionality. Semieta Resource Manager has a Graphical User Interface (GUI) or web browser interface with multi-level user access facilities. The availability of requested resources can be cross-referenced with Microsoft Outlook calendars (if required) and any conflicts identified through messaging facilities. The system dispatches email notifications for provisional bookings, confirmations or changes, and alternative requirements as well as electronic reminders.

A shared database with Semieta Visitor Manager and Contractor Manager enables resource requirements to be consolidated within a single record.
